Custom Printed Products

Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom printed items that are correct according to your design proof cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
